The system alerts the security officer when it detects a person with higher than normal temperatures. He will be taken a side for further screening using a hand held thermometer to make sure you don’t let sick people in, this allows a large number of people to enter a certain area without much delays comparing to screening people with a hand held digital thermometers.
This system doesn’t provide 100% detection of Covid19 carriers but it will alert when anyone with high fever will enter the premises and we still have to keep social distancing and high levels of hygiene.
