As a patient driven medical aid scheme, Resolution Health endeavours to enable members to manage their healthcare with as much efficiency and effectiveness as possible.
Supreme Option:
The Supreme option provides supreme cover and is ideal for members who require extensive medical aid cover. The option provides generous day to day privileges, cover against chronic illnesses and comprehensive in-hospital benefits. Contracted providers are paid at up to 220% of Scheme rate.
Millennium Option:
This option provides members with comprehensive hospital cover as well as chronic benefits. For day to day expenses, the medical savings account comes in handy. The scheme combines a medical savings plan with an Above Threshold Benefit when your day-to-day expenses are particularly high. Contracted specialists are paid up to 150% of Scheme rate in and out of hospital, and the option covers 35 chronic conditions.
Classic Option:
The Classic option is ideal for members with a growing family as it provides great benefits for kids as well as comprehensive hospital and day to day benefits that are affordable. Contracted specialists are paid up to 150% of Scheme rate, and there is medical cover for 31 chronic conditions with a comprehensive International Travel Cover benefit and exceptional maternity benefits including 4 x 2D scans and postnatal maternity visits.
Progressive Flex Option:
This option is ideal for young healthy individuals. It provides sufficient cover for hospitalisation and day to day expenses. Contracted network hospitals are used for this option. Contracted specialists are paid up to 150% of Scheme rate, and there is medical cover for 28 chronic conditions. Members have access to an advanced Preventative Care Programme, including oral contraceptives and a casualty benefits for emergencies.
Hospital Option:
The Resolution Health Hospital option is ideal for individuals that are healthy and have limited healthcare requirements. Hospitalisation is approved for any hospital of the member’s choices. This scheme offers no day to day benefits. Contracted providers are paid at 100% of Scheme rate, and there is chronic cover for all 25 Chronic Disease List (CDL ) conditions as well as three additional conditions. There are also oncology benefits at their extensive preferred provider network and an International Travel Cover benefit.
Foundation Option:
This option is ideal for individuals on a lower income that don’t require specialised healthcare. The option provides basic hospital and day to day benefits. There are maternity benefits, including nine antenatal visits at their preferred providers and unlimited GP access at any of their preferred providers. Chronic cover for all 25 Chronic Disease List (CDL ) conditions as well as three additional conditions.
