Doves was established 1959 and are one of the largest funeral companies in Southern Africa who has influenced the present day structure in the industry. The Group was established when Homes Trust Funeral Services (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Metropolitan Life (the then Homes Trust) was formed.
Doves insurance offers three different funeral products, namely Doves Funeral Plan, Doves All Nationals, Doves Funeral Policy and Doves Funeral Plan. With their vast experience of the funeral industry, Doves offers insurance products that address the needs of customers. They are able to customize solutions for each market.
Doves Funeral Cover: All nationals plan
The Doves All Nations plan includes 12 family members with cover up to R19 000 from as little as R225 per month. No medical test is required, and Extended family members are nominated by you and for whom a premium is paid. Claims Processing is within 48 hour and as no medical questions are asked, a waiting period of 6 months applies in the case of a natural death.
